Went there for a party and service was very good as was the food. Would recommend this restaurant

Great place and food was lovely. However we nearly left on arrival due to a very rude barmaid. We were waiting a while next to the 'wait to be seated sign' and no one had even acknowledged us. So I just asked her that as it was very quiet (2.45pm) should we just seat ourselves. She abruptly hit the sign and and in a very patronising tone told us 'It says to wait!'. We can read! She should of just politely told us someone would be with us shortly. The bar was not busy and she had just finished serving someone.The rest of the staff and especially manager were lovely.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are fantastic and the team is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Came for an early dinner as a party of 4 and glad we did, as it got super busy after 7pm. Food was freshly prepared and they were able to tailor our meals as we had a veggie and someone with allergies with us. Only downside was they don't have any alternatives to cow's milk.

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here last weekend. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our group of 10. Everyones food was lovely! The roast was served with lots of spare gravy too (which is always a plus in my book!) Plenty of parking. No complaints, and look forward to visiting again.

Always good food and service

A really nice place to enjoy good food. I just wish that they would change the menu once in a while. I've been 3 times in the last year and feel the least Chef could do is a specials board... Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Lovely food, lovely ambience and excellent service but food seems overpriced. I stay so close to Tummies but got an first opportunity to dine in today, though I have been there for drinks. It gives a good blended feel of old conventional pubs plus an restaurant. Food was fresh and had a distinctive feel of old British restaurant. There is a car park behind for all those who need parking space.

Had a wonderful experience with Tummies' COOKING CLASS! We had a group event there in February, and it was both fun and practical. The chefs were engaging and attentive. Highly recommend.

From the first moment you arrive in this restaurant they give you a nice feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a good place to hang out with friends or with your date. tasty food, qualified chief cook and stuff, honest price and nice service. Highly recommended.

Had lunch with my parents and the food was very nice. Managed to near a window so the lighting was good.I live nearby and have been many times but have found over the last few years that the food can be hit or miss so was pleased to say it was lovely today and we all enjoyed it.Tip: they do try for a "cosy" atmosphere but it is usually very dark unless near a window in daylight so if this bothers you, ask to be sat near a window when booking your table.

Excellent service..... ladies are always lovely. Had a breakfast sandwich that was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Egg yolk runny as requested and lovely fresh bread. Coffee was also pretty good! Would definitely come back.

Always have a great meal here the bar was buzzing before we sat down to eat great atmosphere in here the food is always top quality even though the menu hasnt changed for years it just seems to work however they do have monthly specials staff are always friendly and the service was awesome

Great place to visit with plenty of rooms even for functions. My first visit here my family took me there for breakfast after just landing from Australia. I had a beautiful fruit platter. Great place to visit. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a coffee with Coconut or Almond milk.

Absolutely fantastic. Had a team cooking day where we made a starter then enjoyed lunch and dessert. Defo recommend for team days.

It's a lovely place! Great atmosphere. I had a burger for main course (sadly didn't get a picture) and a brownie for dessert! The brownie was so melty and delicious, one of the best I've ever had!

Outstanding, as always!I no longer live in the area but I'm always happy when I have an excuse to visit and come back to Tummies. I've been coming here since it opened, over 30 years ago. Always a warm welcome from Claude and his team.

Great place for breakfast but popular on Saturday morning. There is a car park at the back. The selection is a little limited and only had standard dishes. However the Eggs Royale and waffle with maple syrup were both good. Coffee was not so good. Very good service.

Having lived in Slough for 15 years, i've never been to Tummies for a meal, although I have heard peoples' reviews about the place.. Finally decided to visit for a roast, which was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, roast potatoes and the yorkshire pudding- cannot fault anything.. Although the starter got lost along the route and made me wait for over half hour, the manager has kindly resolved the issue. The chicken liver parfait was also delicious and service was very welcoming friendly and approachable. Definitely will be back, as we didn't manage to try the desserts!

Visited last night as part of a large group. Food was lovely, especially the sea bass, and pudding was to die for! But the most wonderful part of the evening was how attentive and friendly the staff were, and how they went above and beyond to attend to the needs of our autistic, gluten-free, vegetarian daughter (I know!), who had only decided to come that afternoon. Excellent friendly customer service from all staff. Food was lovely. 😋 Enjoy colouring every time we visit and looking at the drawings by other customers, which cover the walls and ceilings!

Fantastic place to eat, secure parking at the rear with plenty of spaces, friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do more for you. The food was fantastic, had a breakfast. They even have function rooms for meetings. Very friendly atmosphere and great for kids. Highly recommend
